After some time, this may cause a slight effect on your weight. On the other hand, if you have problems like heartburn and indigestion (to the extreme), then consuming ACV might hurt.

You don’t really have to bound yourself to apple cider vinegar because all the vinegars include acetic acid. Check the label of vinegar bottle. If it says to include 5% acidity then it is good. And this percentage is something you will find on most cooking & salad vinegars. Don’t buy the ones that are used for pickles because they have high acid content.
